With the skyrocketing success of the Food Network, Fine Living Channel, The Food Channel and other Lifestyle and Culinary television programs, the public is proving that it cannot get enough shows that feature fabulous food, amazing wines and spirits and the trendiest of places that tantalize even the most discerning palates and excite the most seasoned restaurant goers. “Foodies” are becoming the mainstream instead of the exception and restaurants large and small across the country are designing their menus to keep pace with the desire for new and exotic tastes paired with incredible artistic presentations.

“TWO FORKS UP – Dining In The Desert” features the Coachella Valley’s best of the best fine and fun dining venues, some well known and some still hidden treasures. “TWO FORKS UP – Dining In The Desert” host Jonathan Heath takes the viewers on an entertaining inside look at each and every location and gives an up close and personal “taste” of what delectable delights and adventures await. As an international chef with global appearances on The Master Chef (U.K.), Food Channel BBC, Light Lunch (U.K.), Today Show Australia, and Carlton Food Network (U.K.), Jonathan skillfully navigates the audience through some of the areas best dining choices. Most importantly he encourages each and everyone to make reservations to come in and experience personally what makes these selections unique and memorable dining adventures and to keep them coming back time and time again.
